We bought our first fixer upper in 2018 with a dream of customizing the property to our needs and wants. Project by project, with our dog Stella in tow, we created our home. We found more than just a home in the process, we found our passion. During this time, Eric was working full time for a large General Contractor as a Superintendent, overseeing the construction of 100 unit apartment buildings, specialty passive house builds, and historic rehabs. With Eric's construction expertise and Aimee's love of design, we began overseeing private projects. We enjoy working together to creatively build and design old and new spaces alike.
